Some wood pellet stoves do without chimney flue. The outlet pipe goes directly into the nearest wall. Be careful however to respect the minimum distance between the planned opening and the neighborhood. Stoves operating with petroleum or, more modern, bioethanol (from plants), do not give off smoke and can therefore do without chimney flue. Another advantage: their heat coefficient is optimal, because there is no heat loss precisely at the level of the duct. They are easy to use and less messy than traditional wood stoves. Be careful however, petroleum and bioethanol are flammable liquids, handle with care.
